Get inspired by the Art Deco designs of Czech illustrator Alfonse Mucha that featured beautiful shapely women with flowers in sinuous lines to create your own mixed media poster. Just in time for spring, we will be creating a large sized poster drawing women and adhering flowers—real and paper—into a mixed media piece. Participation in this workshop comes with the expectation that you will take in the sun and fun in the Beer Garden and will enjoy Czech beer and food (not included). An ad hoc exhibit of your posters will be showcased along the walls of the Garden. May 7th Tuesday, from 7 to 9 pm. All materials included with the services of a local community artist and expressive arts facilitator.
