Eastern Orthodox-Inspired Hesychasm

V. Meditational Activity: Creating an Icon

A. Introduction to Eastern Orthodox iconography B. Symbolism and layers in Eastern Orthodox iconography C. Guidance in creating a devotional icon based on a saint or sacred image D. Breathing the Jesus Prayer during the creation of the icon
