Goat’s Milk Soapmaking
This workshop takes place in Greece OR New York depending on time of year.
Join our artisanal soap-making workshop and learn to create your own natural beauty products using herbs and sand you forage from the beautiful Cyclades. For centuries, villagers have been making soap and herbal infusions based on locally-grown, naturally wild, hand-foraged plants and herbs. In this workshop, you will learn to make goat’s milk soap infused with herbs from the Greek countryside using traditional recipes with extra virgin olive oil. Whether you attend the workshop in-person or online, you will have the opportunity to create fun bath bombs, foot fizzies, and natural cosmetics using ingredients foraged from the seaside. The products include lemon-honey moisturizing cream, pomegranate sugar scrubs, and Aegean sea salt daily cleanser, perfect as gifts to bring home to loved ones. Relax tired muscles in a bath infused with organic wild-foraged herbs from the countryside of the Cyclades and leave your skin silky with artisanal soap made from traditional recipes passed down from yiayia's time. All our natural soaps contain only 100% natural oils such as extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, avocado and jojoba oil, and goat milk. These soaps are not just great to bathe in but also carry the beauty secrets of Cleopatra. Don't miss this opportunity to bring back the summer and take home perfect souvenir gifts for family and friends as keepsakes of your stay in the sun-soaked Mediterranean.
