Mindfulness through Expressive Arts

Designed for children, teens, and young adults who struggle with self-regulation, ADD/ADHD, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation, this 6-part course offers a multi-modal approach that engages multiple senses and helps young people develop essential life skills.
Through a series of creative tasks, participants will learn to self-regulate by developing self-awareness, introspection, mindfulness, attention, community building, listening, and witnessing. Our experienced facilitators will guide you through a range of expressive arts activities, including drawing, painting, sculpting, and music, that will allow you to tap into your inner creativity and find a sense of peace and calm.

Active Witnessing: Sharing of Creativity/Synthesis (10 minutes)

Ending Mindfulness Ceremony (5 minutes)
Evaluation/Feedback (2-3 minutes)
6-week class: $300, 1.5 hr per session, virtual or in person
1 on 1 single session: $50 with experienced instructors
