Curriculum
I. Intention/Mindfulness/Centering Exercise
Begin the workshop with an exercise to set an intention, focus the mind, and cultivate mindfulness.
II. Guided Meditation/Journaling Response
Engage in a guided meditation to access inner wisdom, followed by journaling to reflect on insights and experiences.
III. Literary/Poetic Reflection/Quote Wisdom Response
Explore literature and poetry as a source of inspiration and wisdom, and respond to them through writing and creative expression.

All materials, art supplies, paper, and encaustic medium will be provided for the chosen core creative activity.
6-week class: $300, 1.5 hours per session, virtual or in person
1-on-1 single session: $30 with experienced instructors
